Hours: in-home occupational therapy is available 8am-8pm, every day (evenings & weekends may have additional charges). Scheduling is done individually with each family to best meet their needs. Evenings and weekends may be available for an additional charge.
Service area: South Metro area (Apple Valley, Bloomington, Burnsville, Eagan, Eden Prairie, Edina, Inver Grove Heights, Farmington, Lakeville, Mendota Heights, Prior Lake, Richfield, Rosemount, Savage, Shakopee, South St. Paul, West St. Paul.) Services may be available in other locations, but additional travel charges may apply.
Pricing: I believe that pricing should be upfront and honest. Estimated cost will be given prior to providing services to be agreed upon with each client.
Payment: Private pay only (no health insurance accepted). For Minnesota residents on the MA waiver program, my services can be paid for through waiver funds in most cases.
Cost: $75/hr of service, including both direct time (time in your home) and indirect time (time spent on preparation and follow-up for each appointment). A typical session would cost about $100.
- No charge for travel within 15 miles of 55337. Travel outside of this radius will cost $30/hr past the 15 mile free travel range.
- Evenings after 5pm and weekend hours may incur an additional $25/hr fee if noted in contact.
- Late payments will be charged an additional $5 per day late.
- Additional fees apply for paperwork time and other therapy-related tasks, such as writing up evaluation reports, writing letters for medical equipment, and creation of written home programs.
- Other consultations, training, or speaking engagements will be charged $75/hr including preparation time.
- I will provide basic treatment materials, but families may be asked to purchase any specialized materials needed for their treatment plan.
